How Will I Be RefundedYour refund will be processed on the card you originally used to pay with.
How Long Do Refunds TakeRefunds usually take 24 - 48 hrs to process but can take anywhere between 7 - 10 days depending on your bank.
How Do I Return Items
While we have put measures in place to ensure we always deliver the right items in the right condition, we have also put systems in place if things don't go right. If for any reason you’re not happy with the item(s), you may contact us for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original reciept recieved through your email confirming your purchase, and items are returned in a saleable condition within 48 hours of purchase.
For returns or exchanges, we will dispatch a new order with our delivery drivers with the correct items. Please note: We cannot accept items that have been altered or changed, unless there is a quality complaint unrelated to the alteration or change
